The 2 nd Moscow International Exhibition of Real Estate Abroad will be held from 19 to 22 March 2008 in Expocentr at Krasnaya Presnya. This event is organised by ITE and MSI exhibition companies.
Alexander Shtalenkov, General Director of ITE, said: “Interest shown by Russian people to real estate abroad is visibly growing. According to experts’ estimate, in 2006, the number of those intending to purchase real estate abroad, increased by 60% in comparison with last year. At present, the share of Russian buyers in the market of international real estate equals to about 5–6%, and many Russians buy luxury property. But recently the market of international real estate has become more affordable and open-end for middle class too”.
More than 90 companies from 25 countries will participate in the exhibition, including France, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Finland, Latvia, Spain, Cyprus, USA, Greece, Tenerife, Dominican Republic, Montenegro, Portugal, Italy, Tunisia, Croatia, Egypt, Turkey, Czech Republic and Russia. Exhibitors include international real estate brokers, developers, construction companies, consultants, management and leasing companies.
A special feature of INTERHOME will be a full business programme.Free of charge presentations, seminars and consulting will be arranged at exhibitors’ stands during the entire period of the exhibition.
Nivaria Isla Tur will arrange a presentation under the name of “Canary Islands. Tenerife. Profitable investment of capital. Investment projects. Linguistic practice”. Presentation “Why today is the best time to invest into Bulgaria?” will be organised at Finstroy company stand.
Polaris World will hold a seminar on purchasing real estate in Spain, and specialists of Cairo Star Group will present analytical overviews of European real estate market, the most prospective areas and territories of Egypt and service packages on project support and management.
Kvadroom.ru will tell visitors about new technologies for advertising and present special projects “Real estate abroad” and “Real estate on the map”. Albadomus Agency will arrange legal and social consulting on Spain. Drawing of a golf set and 2-day stay in Marina D’Or and Polaris hotels and apartments will be arranged for visitors.
INTERHOME exhibition will be held alongside the 15 th Jubilee International exhibition “Travel and Tourism / MITT”, the main tourist exhibition of Russia and the third most significant tourist event worldwide.
